Born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada and raised in a small town, at a young age, I developed a passion for modelling and walked in numerous runway shows, including Vancouver Fashion Week. Later in life, I was scouted by a talent agent at a convention in Vancouver, where I was inspired to pursue acting professionally.

I've invested in myself and my career, completing classes, workshops and professional study to be taken seriously in this industry and build a long lasting career. Most recently, I graduated from the two-year Meisner Technique program at Baron Brown Studio in Los Angeles.

I had an "Aha" moment during that training when my acting instructor, Anne Dremann, pointed out that I’m gifted in being a highly sensitive person. My whole life made more sense after realizing that and I started to understand the value of that quality in my work. The heightened sensitivity that followed me through life allows me to connect deeply and authentically with the characters I portray, bringing emotional honesty and depth to every role.
